Our products

We live in the land of Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, a land of scents as deep and involving as the air that our grapes breathe! Most of our production is grapes, but there are also some olive trees and a garden.

In autumn we collect grapes, while scents and colours are changing around us. Air is still warm, but days become shorter and shorter: both the vineyard aand the wood turn to yellow and red.

Novelleto looks for the energy it needs in nature: heating and warm water is provided by a wood boiler and electricity by solar panels. A large well to collect rain-water is used for agriculture.
