Before it was a farm holiday accommodation, Novelleto was our home. And it is in this spirit that, every day, we open our doors to those who wish to enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany.

The story of hospitality in Novelleto began in 1997, when we decided to share the beauty and tranquillity of the place where we live with others.
Right from the start, our aim has been to create something that goes beyond a mere stay: a familiar, genuine and welcoming atmosphere, where everyone can feel free to slow down, rediscover their own rhythm and enjoy the little things.
We have never liked to think of our guests as mere customers. For us, anyone who chooses Novelleto is, first and foremost, a guest – someone to whom we open the doors of our home and with whom we share a little glimpse of our everyday life.
Over the years, we have met people from all over, listened to their stories, shared smiles and seen friendships blossom that still endure today.
Some guests keep coming back, finding that sense of familiarity every time that makes Novelleto such a special place.
Perhaps this is the greatest reward of all: knowing that those who come here on holiday take away with them the memory of having felt at home.

Amidst vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens, we cultivate the land in accordance with the principles of certified organic farming, respecting its natural rhythms and preserving the balance of the environment. At our farmhouse, every day follows the rhythm of your own desires. You can relax by the pool, read in the shade of the trees or enjoy the tranquillity of the outdoor spaces. Our two self-contained accommodation units offer a cosy atmosphere and all the comforts you need to enjoy a holiday in complete freedom, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

An ancient stone arch overlooks a stretch of the Via Francigena, the millennia-old route that runs through the heart of Tuscany. This special connection to the history of pilgrims and travellers makes Novelleto an evocative starting point for exploring the area on foot, amongst footpaths, nature and timeless landscapes.

A few kilometres from Novelleto lies Monteriggioni, one of Tuscany’s most charming medieval villages. Its imposing walls, towers and narrow cobbled streets are steeped in centuries of history. It is a timeless place, and the castle can even be admired from the windows of our accommodation.
