Before it was a farm holiday accommodation, Novelleto was our home
Since 1997, we have been sharing the beauty of this place with our guests, preserving its history and respecting its natural environment.
For us, hospitality means opening the doors of our home, welcoming everyone with warmth and making them feel part of something special. That is how, over the years, so many stays have turned into encounters, memories and friendships.
Because at Novelleto, we don’t like to think of those who come here as customers, but as guests to be welcomed.

Amidst vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens, we carry on a tradition rooted in care, attention and the simple acts of daily life. From our fields come wine, olive oil and produce that reflect our deep connection with this land.
A commitment that is also reflected in our day-to-day choices, to preserve the beauty and harmony of the place that is our home.
The vineyards
Amidst the rows of vines on the Sienese hills, we cultivate our grapes in harmony with the rhythms of nature. A tradition that is renewed every season, with respect for the land and the principles of organic farming.
The olive groves
Our olive trees reflect our deep connection with the Tuscan countryside. We cultivate them with care and respect for the environment, to produce an authentic oil that captures the flavours of our countryside.
The vegetable garden
In our vegetable garden, we grow seasonal fruit and vegetables, following the natural cycle of the earth. These small harvests reflect the simplicity, freshness and authenticity of life in Novelleto.
