Two self-contained holiday homes, nestled in the tranquillity of the Sienese countryside, where traditional charm meets the comfort of feeling at home. Intimate and cosy spaces, designed to help you savour every moment in peace, surrounded by nature, relaxation and timeless landscapes.
A detached house on two levels, where spacious rooms and cosy touches ensure a stay characterised by comfort and tranquillity. A fireplace, a hot tub and a private outdoor area make every moment special.

Booking is easy
You can book directly via our website, checking availability and the cost of your stay in real time. Once you have selected your dates and accommodation, you can choose one of the available payment methods and receive all the information you need to complete your booking.
Bank transfer
You can make payment by bank transfer, following the instructions and deadlines provided during the booking process.
Credit card as security
You can provide your card details via the secure procedure provided by the booking system. Any charges and the relevant terms and conditions depend on the rate selected.

For direct bookings, a refund of 100% of the amounts paid will be provided if cancellation is notified at least 30 days before arrival. For cancellations made after this deadline, no refund will be provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the booking.

02Linen change
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided during your stay. A full change of linen is provided weekly.
03Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, whilst check-out must be by 10.00 am. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so that we can make the best possible arrangements for your arrival.
